Does anyone know if theres any kind of threat display addon, that can display threat percentage above mobs heads like the health bars that way it can be easily determined which target is lackin in threat rather then having to tab target to see stats. Or if any addons makers reads this is this something that can me made?

Before you ask: More precise information than what ThreatPlates gives is not available to players, since numeric threat values are only transmitted to the client for targeted units. I'm unsure about mouseover and focus, those might respond as well - but definitely not all units you're in combat with.
Threat Plates' home page at WowInterface.com is pretty informative too.
another for Tidy Threat Plates... its wonderful.
Also, you might want to check out Tidy Threat Plates. Could be the best addon in the history of addons. You need Tidy Plates and the Threat Plates theme.
I used Caelnameplates for a while and switched to Tidy plates. It really is the best. Try to change your placement of omen. Of course as a tank you should be tabbing thru your targets and checking omen to make sure that hunter isn't creeping up on you. If your omen is to far from your buttons and your targets then you won't be looking off as much as you should.
Omen threat plates... Now that would be something.
Call all insanely smart people. Make omen and my name plates work together to give me a % on each target![]()

As a matter of fact, I'd recommend Tidy Plates with Threat Plates.
It's nice for taunting off of the fury warrior with shadow edge instead off your co-tank.
