definitely 225 armor. 22 agi actually gives more avoidance than 16 defense, so IF you were going to go for an avoidance enchant you'd do that, however 11 armor is equivalent to about 1 stam in terms of EHP, so therefore 225 armor is about 20stam worth of armor, and I'll take 20 stam over 22 agi any day.
