Warrior DPS need advice on gear

Above is my armory link. Im pretty pleased with my current rotation, build and DPS but I feel that there is room for more gear wise(rings, trinkets, neck). Also I would like to know if I soft cap ArP , is better to further gem STR? Thank You.

i think while using NES on proc you want to be as near too 100% as you can be. anything over is really a waste
i gem full strength and the arp on my gear is enuff to reach 100% on NES proc and have seen alot better results
