Hi there,
I suppose this is a vary subjective question with lots of different answers, but, what in your opinion is the absolute best enchant that I can put on a one-hander weapon as a tank? I'm Protection Paladin if it makes any difference.

I use Mongoose. However I'm somewhat upset that a level 70 enchant is on par or better (debatiable) then the level 80 enchants.
The plus crit and hit enchant is also nice.
ive went with bladeward - although im considering switching to mongoose.
it adds a small amount of armor, the haste is kinda helpful.
Mongoose > bladeward imo

I think that about sums up the differences between them....Mongoose (blue lightning) > bladeward (blow glow, hilt lightning) imo

I currently use bladeward and I am unsure if mongoose would be better for me as well. I have been"advised" that the crit added by the agility would help with threat, I am curious if this is true and if it is worth switching. I dont often have much problem with single target threat occasionally with 4+ mobs. I think the armor boost would be nice seeing how i only have 28k as of now. What is the science behind deciding which is truly better? (I have a protection warrior if it matters)

I think we need a sticky on this subject housing the few good discussions about it that has a flashing strobe light effect on it.
There is something so appealing about backhanding someone across the face with a shield.
