ToC25 and ToGC10/25

There are still LOTS of upgrades you can get before setting foot in ICC. Actually, there are even upgrades in Naxx25 and ulduar 10/25 for you still.

Progress before doing ICC? Just raid stuff!

im not any good at giving advice but here goes, your mining you could try get it to 450 for an extra 40 stam its not much but its free, your weapon, run H PoS for the 2h axe from last boss.
and just do what Dragaan said try running ToC25 and ToGC 10/25, try and get as many 25s as you can and youll upgrade in no time.
