For a Druid however... the golden rule is almost always you want set pieces first. This holds true for all druids specs, restoration included. It would be easier to advise if an armory link was provided so that people could gauge where you are at. You neither provide a link nor does your TankSpot account have reference to your character so it is difficult to provide advice blindly. However, in general, you should go for your 4 piece bonus of tier 10 first.

The short version is, buy tier gear. Specifically, either helm, shoulders or chest (but not all 3, just 2 out of the 3). For feral druids, go for the Helm and Shoulders. Not sure which 2 you want to buy if you are woody or a chicken, which it sounds like you are. The idea is that you go for 4 pc T10 bonuses, and try your luck getting T10 gloves and pants from VoA.

If you find yourself with 2 out of the 3 tier pieces, start hoarding your Frost Emblems. By the time you earn 155 or 190 emblems, you should have earned some ICC upgrades and have a good idea of what gear you have access to.
