Yes, Mainly because BP of the white night isn't that bad, but gauntlets of the royal watch are.

Your gemming setup actually confuses me a lot. You are over expertise softcap by 4, and over hit cap by 20, and even then, you don't need to really be gemming for threat or hit. i can kind of see justifying expertise up to 26 or at least close to it, but other than that there's really no need to gem for hit.
What are you primarily tanking? If you're only doing heroics then it doesn't matter much I suppose, but if you are getting into raiding, you should really gem for EHP. The general rule is that you always gem stam unless the socket bonus is +9 or +12 and only requires 1 hybrid gem to get the bonus (because of it requires 2 gems like in your BP, then it's really like gemming for 2 +6 stam bonuses because you lose 18 stam instead of just 3 by gemming for the bonus), Threat and threat stats don't work like dps. With dps you always want to be pushing the numbers as hard as you can, but threat is more of a "I don't have to outrun the bear, I just have to outrun you." sort of thing. As long as you are doing more threat than your dps, then you're fine, you don't really NEED more.
