Clutch of Fort Vs. Abomination's Bloody Ring

The socket is nice on abominations and a few other stat bonuses as well but the loss of 560 armor seems like an EH loss.
Which should I use?

Trading 560 armor for 24 stamina and some avoidance doesn't seem like a good deal to me. If you need the threat from hit rating go for it - otherwise I would stick with the armor.

I had that same dilemma. Got the ring, not really using it. Just swap out the Abomination ring on magic heavy fights, since it's a little more stamina.
