Looking for advice on what I need to do to switch gear to holy

Currently I have been gearing for disc. I am wanting to switch over to holy and am wondering what I need to do or get with gear in order to do that. I have a spec picked out that I am going to get just haven't specced it yet. I am wondering how interchangable the gear is between disc and holy as well.

You might need to swap around a few gems, and maybe swap out Forethought Talisman for the Triumph int trinket, but your current gear looks fine for Holy.
