    Healer cooldowns?

Time to show off the noob in me.

I am a tank in a 25 man guild and often call for external cooldowns when mine are almost up, but honestly have no clue what abilities I'm asking for. Can somebody point me in the direction of a list of big healer cooldowns. Also is there an adddon I may look for to track which ones are on cooldown for raiders?

    Thanks

A Holy Paladin specced into Improved Lay on Hands can apply a 20% reduction in damage by using their Lay on Hands, 11 minute CD. Additionally, if you're in the party with the Tank (presumably that's who you're using external CDs on), you can use Divine Sac/Divine Guard to take away quite a bit of damage from them and the rest of the party.

You also asked for an addon:

    http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-a...ails/hero.aspx

It an addon that says what cooldowns are use by whom on who (if relevant).

It also shows things like Beacon and Bone Shield.

I heard once about it, installed it and loved it.

Im a disc priest and on the Festergut fight I know when to put PS on the tank since this addon tells me when his/her cd's are off.

edit: Linked to the correct addon

The mod you linked is for "rating" players. Not for CD monitoriing.

Really isn't used often since it would most often be combined with Divine Shield or Hand of Protection (only if physical damage).

As a tank I can only advise you to set up some kind of unit frame notification as to when a powerful external CD is up on you.

Disc priest will give you pain suppression. It is on a 1.3s CD and acts roughly like shield wall.
Holy priests give you guardian angel. That's a massive healing boost and should you die you will stand up again. It can(and should) be glyphed. This reduces the CD from 3 minutes to 1 minute. If your target doesn't die. That's a very sweet deal.
Oh, and then there are druids, shaman and those others.

Its a 2.3 minute cool down
(that's talented, though it should be)

    Yikes!

    Rule 1)
    If dark, turn on light.

    Rule 2)
    Check what you type.
