And I am just not sure which to Use, I use the Haste trinket when I Do Fester, and it helped signifcantly, im sitting at 35k mana buffed so I'm just asking for an Outsiders Opinion, also is there any kind of MP5 soft Cap?

That is pretty amazing and the proc makes up for 1000 mana holy lights. As a holy paladin the other two trinkets are not favorable , instead i would go for http://www.wowhead.com/?item=48724 That trinket is pretty awesome and you can use it when you divine plea to make up for the healing loss. I have never heard of an MP5 cap , but if you were to only go after MP5 gear then you could find yourself lacking in the Haste department unless you are using some shaman itemized gear.

Ephemeral Snowflake doesn't return enough mana for a Paladin healer, and Binding Light just sucks in general. I would go with good ol' Tears.

If you can swing it, roll with dual Solace [regular/heroic]. Both are just too well appropriated to pass up.

Aww so did i Waste my Frost on this Trinket?
-
It's not wasted, and if you're beyond the return time then you can still use it to effectiveness.

PLD is not a bad trinket, even for a holy pally who typically wants to stack int. It's a pretty nice chunk of mp5, and obviously a nice boost to spellpower. If you find you can do without the mana from Tears, then by all means use PLD in its place for more throughput - at worst, you got a nice trinket for raid healing with FoL, at best you got a permanent replacement and a nice increase to your healing output.
As an aside, your prot spec/gear needs some major help. If you're interested in posting a thread about it in the HALP ARMORY forum I'd be happy to help you out with some advice.
