Good for icc 25 or togc 10/25

Your definitely not undergeared for ToGc, as for ICC 25, you could attempt to tank it, as your gear is pretty much suited to it. Just try to get gear from ICC 10, before making a commitment to ICC 25.

Sorry for double post, for some reason I am unable to see the posts I make in certain threads -_-. Anyway, I just noticed that shield. That's the thing which is stopping you from joining raids. Farm HoR normal and replace it, and you'll be good to go.

Looks like you're good for ICC10 but not quite for ICC25 yet.

Change your cloak enchant to 225 armor, you don't need the defense anymore. It is better to enchant for armor or stamina now.
Don't gem for Parry, if you want to gem for Avoidance, gem for Dodge.
A new shield is definately in order, farm Reg HoR or try to get a shield from a raid.
