Is Revenge going to make a comeback?

I believe they said they would buff Revenge if they saw to many people dropping it from their priority rotation and spec, which people were already doing even before the Devastate buff. Once the buff went live it pretty much set the last nail in the Revenge coffin. I still have it on my bars for low rage situations, but it hardly ever gets used and I don't spec into it.

Will Revenge make a comeback? Probably, it all depends on how much it gets buffed.
