Please comment on my gear. Spec, Gems, Enchants, etc.

At the moment I have around 86 Frost Embleems, after this week of 10/25 ICC I will probably end up buying the helm first.

Are you finding yourself rage starved that you need the two rage talents? Imp spell reflect is very situational, and safeguard shouldn't be needed. Should drop those and get the deep wounds talents.

Safeguard could be viable if his guild is working on LK and he's the OT, 30% Damage Reduction for 6 sec during a Soul Reaper can help alleviate healing stress.

Fixed my spec. Got 3/3 Deep Wounds instead of that intervene talent. My TPS is through the roof.

I got like 106 frost marks at the moment. What do you wall recommend I buy? Tier 9 helm/chest or Tanking Frost Chest.

The way I understand it is that the badge chest is pretty much BiS atm.
