You are missing some of the best talents for either Tree.
If you want to DW Tank, go Fully into Frost.
If you want to Unholy Tank, go Fully into Unholy.

That spec is just horrible.

Glyphs:
Oblit is a must for any Frost DK.
Icy Touch or Howling Blast
Frost Strike or Rune Strike

Edit: I missed the fact that this was intended for DW. Ignore what I said, /second Selene. Not even worth testing.

Interesting build. Test it out and post your combat log parses.

The questions I'd be asking are, how does damage taken compare to standard 5/8/5 builds (no Blade Barrier in yours), and how does threat compare to full tree builds (you're missing both the +dmg and +Expertise of TS or RoR, among other things).

I'd also drop Glacier Rot since this build will only use 1 of its 3 abilities, and get CotG instead for DC spam.
