Furry warrior need guidance

I would kindly ask for any advice on improving it and also when do i have to switch to ArP gemming. On the same note, criticise the talent build too. Thank you.

Thing to know,

1. Fury warriors needs 164 hit with 3 points in precision, yes surprising but true (most people think fury needs insane amount of hit)
2. You will need to get as close to 26 expertise if you are seriously raiding.
3. If you have an ArP procing Trinket biggest DPS boost is to soft-cap arpen (53% from gear + gem + food)

Suggestions,

1. Change Glyph of Execution to Glyph of Heroic Strike
2. Replace Meta with 21 agi + 3% crit (Relentless Earthseige Diamond) and use +10 stats gem in a blue slot to activate.
3. If you can regem all Arp to get to ArP softcap
4. Potion of Speed are you best friends they are cheap buy plenty of them and macro them with Death-wish and go go DEEPS

replace execution glyph with heroic strike, not your cleaving glyph.

replace your shoulders with the t9 ones, this will drop your hit some and give you the 4 piece which is nice for fury. try to pick up some expertise pieces like the bracers and belt out of trial 25 that drop off the first boss so you can hit 214 expertise rating.

change your meta to relentless earthsiege and put a nightmare tear in your helm, that has the highest +str bonus in your gear. regem to arp to hit the soft cap if you can, while putting 10str/10crit gems in yellow sockets.
