Paladin (232) 4 set bonus

i might sound like a noob asking this question but my main is a balnce druid so im not a tank expert...But i jus got the 232 4 set bonus and it says it "reduces the duration of forbearance for 30 seconds" ive read quite a few forums on tanking gear/rotation/gems etc but have not come accross the term forbearance..jus wondering if someone could enlighten me

Forbearance occurs when you apply Blessing of Protection (on the target not yourself), self Lay on Hands, Divine Shield, and Divine Protection. Most importantly while this debuff is on you you cant use Divine Protection. Or in basic terms shield wall more.
