for tanking get def rating i saw u have 13ish k hp so better try dpsin andgrab some tankin gear u need 535 defense to tank heroics so better if u dps till u reach this

First off your Spec is a bit off for DW tanking. http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#j0EhZ...fuzAo0x:askmMV is pretty much the basics for a DW Tank Spec.
Some enchants on your gear will help.
As far as weapons go, I think Orcs get an Expertise bonus for using Axes, but that isn't Critical. Use the best weapons you can get, regardless if they are two 1H or a 2H weapon.

Glyphs:

Oblit is a MUST for any Frost DK regardless of Tank or DPS. Oblit is the Bread and Butter of Frost.
Icy Touch or Howling Blast
Frost Strike or Rune Strike
are your other two glyphs

Death Grip is pointless, you have two taunts and several ranged attacks.
Death & Decay is pointless, for Frost Spec, D&D is an opener and for spot threat, it is not part of any rotation.
