Protection Paladin, Off Pieces or T10

Hello I've been wondering what I should be aiming for as a protection paladin with my frost emblems.

What pieces should I get of T10 and what off pieces should I get since I've seen some discussion about off pieces being better and I should skip the bonus but many tanks on this forum are warriors so I'm not sure about paladins.

So, tankspot what should I be aiming for in the head, chest, gloves, legs and boots slots?
