I only have access to 10 man raids. so with that in mind what would be your suggested purchase order?

T10 helm
T10 shoulders or legs
Cape
Gloves or leather belt

getting 2 pc would probably be your priority, but it varies based on your own current gear and where it would be the biggest upgrade to put together. however, making 2 threads about the same question is considered spamming, you don't need to do this, just be patient and someone will answer your question.
