Bind every single key you have to rejuv and faceroll.

While that is sadly pretty accurate, check out the resto druid sticky in these forums, that should answer most of your questions.

If you want an even easier time, bind it to mouse wheel up. Its a trick I learned when first playing a healadin! Target tank, scroll up, relax and watch T.V.
