Trinkets

HI guys i was wondering if i should run a stam trinket instead of my corps tongue coin. Currently i run the scarab and that. Would it be more benificial for the healers if i ran the scarab and the key or key and coin.
If i drop the coin i lose around 2% dodge vs a gain of about 2300hp. I am trying to decide if i should buy the key or the badge belt since i will have the bades after first wing clear. Any imput would be awsome.

BiS pretty well across the board is going to be som combo of heroic juggernauts/satrina's, unidentifiable organ, and flawless fang (won't be avalible until the next wing is live, so until then skeleton key is a decent filler).
