Hey people, Just curious if i should be changing my current +10dodge & +15stam gems for +30stam gems. Anything else that can be improved in my current gear/enchants?

I'd say change the gem in your helm and your bracers to +30 stam, and change the other two +10dodge/15stam gems (belt/pants) you have to +10agi/15stam gems. Pallies get a lot of great throughput from agi and it's almost as much dodge as dodge rating itself and it gives armor.
