Combat help and tips

I am having a standstill on what to do next. I am need of someone checking my toon out and seeing what needs touch ups. I am totally lost on what I need to do next. I know I need some expertise and more hit for cap. And I also know I need another OH (working on the OH). But what I really need is some suggestions on gemming and things. I would suggest using a spreadsheet, if your pc doesn't have Excel on it then Rawr is an easy to use (and fairly accurate) one that is more user-friendly than simple text based spreadsheets can be.
