Rogue Combat Help

I am having a standstill on what to do next. I am need of someone checking my toon out and seeing what needs touch ups. I am totally lost on what I need to do next. I know I need some expertise and more hit for cap. And I also know I need another OH (working on the OH). But what I really need is some suggestions on gemming and things. I was told ArP is useless to stack until I have around 700+. Just lemme know if you guys can help.

ur hit is WAYYYYYYYYYYY over u want it to be atleat 320 for the special and posions, ur expertise is fine want it to be 20-25range BUT u are mis matching weapons which u should not do at ANY time if ur gonna go swords get a sword and a axe or sword/sword etc...

Also right now the best spec is mutilate it is almost a full 1k dps more than combat is

Mainly because of the change to Deadly Poison if I'm correct.

I appreciate the input. Problem with mut spec is my lack of weapons. Hence why my OH is Dagger. Been trying to get Liar's tongue, fast offhand sword. And also hoping for the axe to drop in 10ICC. Thanks for the info tho, now I can sub one of my trinks knowing that I have too much of it.
