Dump Warrior Question

Hey guys I have a problem, I recently started playing my warrior again, and I am Mainly Tanked specced - problem is my guild wants me to learn to play as DPS also on him - and i never played him as DPS I lvled him completely as Protection since lvl 10. His name is Eben, he is a lvl 80 Night Elf Warrior on Trollbane Server if you want to look him up on the armory, also he is fury Specced

I want to be a good DPS warrior when i learn how to play him as a DPS so I guess my question is what should my Rotations be, and do I stay in Nerserker stance all the time or do i need to switch back and forth from serker to Battle off and on in fights. and help you guys could offer would be a great help to me
