Disc Priest 3.3 help --Gemming + T10

Hey guys,

As a disc priest i am just wandering if it is better to simply stack int gems or mix it in with intellect+sp i've seen players use both but not quite sure which would be better.

Secondly, in regards to t10 gear the (2) set bonus seems to be fanastic but wouldnt it be better filling the t10 gear slots with the 264 items you can get with eof's
