I'm pretty sure it's just you, bro.
If it me or is there no wariror love in ICC, everything apart from main boss fights where its meat wall special.
Of the bosses ive been against even rotface is a bit of a pain unless u are mt.
jsut me or anyn eelse noticed it
I'm pretty sure it's just you, bro.
darn lol
MY second guild runs a druid mt with me on my warrior as the offtank.
Morrow: same job but do not have to worry about threat at all
LDW: same job just different types of adds and I have to help interrupt.
Gunship: I get to jetpack over, which is much more fun
saurfang: same job
festurgut: same job
rotface: warriors probably have the hardest time on adds I will agree
putricide: I would much rather tank than do the abom
also I have no idea what you are even trying to say/ask/accomplish by posting this as your OP is very unclear.
If you are trying to start a class vs class discussion then go post on the wow forums. I have mted and Ot every fight in ICC on both a warrior and a paladin and while there is a slight difference the only times it is noticable is situations specifcally desigend to use cooldowns durning, such as a 3 stack inhale on festergut.
no no noting as imaginative as that, just wondered if blizz made it harder on warrior tanks thats all.
Of all fights I have seen up to now I can't say that there is any disadvantage to warriors.
I would stick a warrior tank on LDW to increase DPS. I don't lose significant threat interrupting her whereas most DPS have to both go easy on their resources as watch their GC. I know a fury warrior who dropped(procced) Slam and Sunder out of his rotation in order to be able to interrupt the ice bolts. That's ugly.

Well if you mean that warriors are harder in ICC because we cant mash 1 button with down syndrome and tank 10 trash mobs then yes you are right. Otherwise we are doing pretty ok![]()
Darksend, on Rotface would you say it's because we don't have a firefart to put on the ground? Aside from threat it seems our mobility should shine. I have nothing to go on really since I was MTing the other night and the pally OT'd, though we might switch it up. Our Rotty attempts were late and we ended up calling it on a good note. Hoping to go back and kill the last two tonight if we can.

For ICC trash: spellreflect, every cooldown.
Nuff said
Tanking adds in Rotface is hard work as warrior (the fact that people just panic and start running in the opposite direction I am heading does not help a bit either). Last night I felt like being part of a remake of the Benny Hill's show, but no nurses and no mini skirts![]()
The only thing remotely challenging about the trash in this wing was the Valkyr. We pulled the closest one at the beginning of the night and had no issues. Second one came down after we killed fester and were wiping on rot, and all hell broke loose. The person I assigned to call out the kill targets wasn't doing it, and we ended up with about 2 copies of each of us by the end....was terrible. The rest of the trash is a hilarious faceroll though. When you pull the two aboms and get the whole staircase room full of geists and horrors = profit. No one died either.

no issue on any boss in icc so far except OT role on rotface, pallies seem much better here but its not an issue as im tanking the boss anyway.

This is probably the weakest attempt at a class comparison thread I've seen.
I changed my mind and really do think warriors could use some more love in ICC.
I've got a list.
I'd like warriors to have:
A hot tub,
A massage before every trash pack,
A crowd cheering at us when we charge in,
Flower Girls (and flower boys for the female warriors.)
A moosquad for us taurens, the non-taurens can have a normal fanclub,
My picture in a magazine,
And lots and lots of Kudos.
