Need advice on gems/stats

I am going under the impression
hitcap: 363
expertise: 24
After that, I gemmed for gettin the caps then throw all ArP in there as i can. i have about 47% arm pen.

Now, I did not spec into 2 points for Weapon Mastery. I throw maybe 4k-4.3k on bosses, and for my gear, it seems to be lower than what it should be. On Ads i throw high dps, 5k-6k-and sometimes 7k. I use the rend, MS, Execute, (OP & Cleave as 1 macro, because Cleave is an after attack) and Slam where ever all cd's are down and BS is on cooldown. Have any advice? Not sure if my idea is correct or my gems are wrong or something else all together.

As far as Armor Pent, it is very good for arms warriors, and strength for fury. With your Armor pent right now, I'm sure you could start gemming for strength.
