I was arms and saw all the dps warriors were putting out and noticed that they were all mostly fury. I have gotten some new gear upgrades and thought I would try Fury. I am not looking for monster numbers right away. SO i thought I would go Fury to get my rotation down and get used to the game play as a fury.
Looking for inoput both good and bad welcome.

Having a quick look: There is no reason you should have any blues, even in an off-set. Run heroic TotC 5, all of the new ICC dungeons, and heroic versions of them as well.
You need expertise. You need 26, you have 11. You only need 5% hit rating with 3/3 precision.
I recommend farming up badges to get your 4 piece t9 set, and run heroics like crazy for the rest of it. Gem epics and solids. Unless the socket is 6 or more strength, it's not worth it. Until you hit 45-48% ArP with your gear alone, don't gem it. Strength and Expertise are your best friends. You'll want some crit in there too (if you require a yellow socket bonus).

So i should worry about my expertise ahead of ArP? I got a new piece of gear last night, but dont think it had expertise. I suppose I should look more into my rings for expertise and ArP... Problem is I am probably not going to be doing may 10 mans. I will mostly be doing 5 mans and dungeons that I should be queing for?
THanks again for the help
You shouldn't worry about ArP. ArP is a passively collected stat until you get around 45% with gear. Basically, stats for fury are in this order (most important first): Expertise, Hit, Strength, Crit, ArP. That should be your gemming/enchanting order.
