New to Druid Tanking

So, main spec resto and my off spec changes from balance to tank heal resto, but with recent curiosity, I want to try to tank!

I have a great druid tank in my ten man and when she's around I can pick her brain (since I already get my brain picked by her for resto tips). But she does not log on much anymore.

I have tried looking for the information on tankspot and thru EJ searches and google but it is either hiding or buried so deep I cannot find it. So my questions are:
1. Gems?
--- What sort of socket bonuses do I want to get?
--- And what gems do I even want as a tank!? I had an idea when I tanked on my DK, but here, I am clueless!
2. Enchants?
--- Just what enchants in general? Agi to gloves (I know parry is useless for druid tanks)?
