Please forgive me if this is in the wrong thread.

I was a raid leader for the first time tonight in ony 10, umm im pretty sure i am over geared for this, The World of Warcraft Armory

please feel free to look at my gear and spec. And we got phase 1 done and i was feeling good, phase 2 comes, everyone starts dying, we had alot of clothies, and i started to think after that was a bad idea. we did get to phase 3 many times but we had alot of adds and dps just when straight for ony not the adds.

Can someone give me a raid make up of what should be a good group for ony 10.
