If you can get close to or at the hardcap by gemming arp, do it. otherwise just soft cap your self with a trinket if possible.
im seeing alot of fury ppeople geming for it and i don't know if i should .
i tried using the spread sheet but i dont have excel so i was unsuccessful is there another way to determine if its beneficial

you have an armory link? you can probably download openoffice if you don't have excel
Fury warriors generally gem for ArP for two reasons:
1. They are able to reach 100% ArP passively (i.e. they don't have to rely on a trinket proc)
2. They have a few pieces gemmed ArP (usually this happens when their PvP set contains some of their PvE pieces and they're gemmed ArP for PvP)
Definitely use OpenOffice to check out the Landsoul spreadsheet though, really helps.

landsoul quit making an openoffice version of his spreadsheet after 3.2 was released.
