Which leg warmers should I wear?

I'm basically split between three legs.

Legplates of Frozen Granite - Item - World of Warcraft

Wyrmguard Legplates - Item - World of Warcraft

Hellscream's Legguards of Conquest - Item - World of Warcraft

Now, despite the item levels difference, I'm really looking at the Legplates of Frozen Granite because of the item points being spent on parry/dodge rather than BR/BV (not bad, but not ideal) or hit/BV. Any sagely advice that could be thrown my way?

I would have to aggree on the Hellscream, I have been noticing a big lack of Hit Rating on new tank gear.

The expertise legs that drop in ToC25 are my pick of the pre-T10 stuff. Failing that, the Hellscream ones are your best pick at the moment, the block value isn't ideal, but big stam plus two sockets and some hit rating won't hurt.

The Wyrmrest legs are pretty lame, except for a block set. The other legs are fine but they are ilvl219 and just lack stats compared to what else is around.
