Which two tanking rings would you use?

Ashen Band/Fortification. The extra str/armor on the Fortification is worth the loss in parry rating.

Agreed with the previous two posters. Ashen Band and Clutch of Fortification. The Band will also upgrade eventually so that's a plus.

Adding another vote to clutch and ashen band! If you can get one, I'd suggest trying to get the H-Band of the Twin Valk'yr. Band of the Twin Val'kyr - Item - World of Warcraft. It's much better than the Ashen Verdict ring (even the exalted version).
