So is sword spec still no good? I have the orca harpoon would that be better? Also should i gem to get expertise caped? Also would the banner of victory be better then the coaster? Any advice would be helpful thanks

If you can get an axe of the same tier, by all means use an axe, it is superior to all weapon specs, so if you can get one that doesn't sacrific too many other key stats, go for it.

With expertise, it's really a personal preferance and gear choice depending on what you have avaliable to you. I try and roll always capped on Expertise, but have had to make some sacrfic as to get more ArP and crit rating recently. Running under the cap isn't going to nuke your dps to hell too bad, unless you have very little of it, but it might not be worth switching out another piece to get more of something else.
