    Expertise & DPS

    Is expertise cap a must for dps, since you're attacking from behind. also here is my armory link, The World of Warcraft Armory

    DpS only worries about dodges, which are gone at 26 expertise.

    what synapse said, get 26 expertise then don't worry about it.

    After hitting the Hit cap, Expertise becomes the next thing to make sure that 99.9% of your hits will hit regardless - the 0.01% being your death or debuffs reducing hit chance.
    This is because mobs can still parry from behind (through the mechanics of WoW that will never be explained in lore) and parry-swings can hurt a tank more.
    Healing is the source of life. Without it, you're left with death.

    Huh? Mobs can't parry an attack from behind, they can dodge, but they can't parry.

    Well something alone those lines. Never really remembered much about Expertise.
