EH vs. Avoidance gear

Can anyone post some gear sheets of that compare an EH set of gear to an Avoidance gear set? I am curious as to what exactly the differences are so i can start saving gear for both.

I don't have a spread sheet but in my main EH set I just pick the piece I have with the highest overall EH and N-EH varying on the fight and completely gem and enchant them for EH.

For my Saurfang Gunship avoidance set I just take what every pieces I have left over with the most avoidance on them, gem them with hybrid avoidance gems and enchant for avoidance or if an EH piece has more avoidance on it gemmed for EH than any other pieces I have have avoidance gemmed for it. Make sure that in a situation a piece is BiS in EH and avoidance you ALWAYS gem and enchant it for EH.

i guess my question is what gems and chants are you using for each type of gear set?

even avoidance sets rarely gem/enchant for straight avoidance unless you're going like ALL IN on avoidance/block like an anub add tanking set. You'd probably just want to hit as many good socket bonuses as possible with red/stam gems. For enchants, you'd change the shoulder enchant to the SoH one, 22 def. to chest, and 20 defense to shield.

It is not actually particularly possible to *equate* avoidance to effective health, they're apples and oranges that make your fruit salad taste pretty.
