New Skinner has Weird BoX?

So with 3.3 came an update to skinner, which I use solely for the Viewport, like Lore, and have never really played with before. Anyways, now theres this weird "click through" black box on the right side of my screen that I cannot disable??? Ive tried turnin off every feature in the menu and still the box stays. Any insight?
