How can i improve my DK?

this is my char: The World of Warcraft Armory

i have to change my wrist (where i can find something better?)
i have to enchant my equip? and if yes what enchantment i should use?
i have low hp, but i'm gemmed.... what is wrong?
Are my talent right? or i should respec? (blood instead of frost?)

All enchants once put will give you a ton of Stam (I would say roughly 2k more health). After that gem stam everywhere, only go for socket bonus if the bonus is +9 stam or greater

I usually run frost spec on my DK, your build is pretty standard barring few points here and there. IMO you are good and are on the right track

and... i love this new dungeon sistems, i think is easyer to find a group and easyer to "farm" some badge.

Ah you stamina freaks. Keep an open mind.

First off, as a blacksmith and a miner, the cost of socketing gear is so inexpensive (you farm saronite and an eternal in 5 minutes) that there is no excuse to not gem your gloves/bracers, even if they were greens. Socket with cheaper gems if you think you are going to replace it quickly, like your current bracers.

Do not gem for def/stamina (head, ring), there's no need. you just need to get to 540 defense for which you are over. Go straight stamina.
If for some mystical reason you drop below 540 defense due to re-gearing and re-gemming, use the 22 defense to chest/16 defense to cloak options. From a stats budget, 22 defense >> 275 health. Assuming defense is not an issue, +10 all stats to chest is a much better option.

Never gem for parry, and this is most important for DKs. If you really feel the need to hit the socket bonus, use an expertise/stamina gem.

Boots: You will get more utility from Tuskarr's vitality enchant. The extra 7 stamina will not help you if you can't get out of way fast enough.

Shoulders: if you dislike pvp intensely, go with sons of hodir enchants. Technically, for your setup the pvp is better, but I am giving you an alternative.

Hands: This is the worst of the lot, I think. I'd recommend Armsman here.

Bracers: Aside from the replacements suggested, make sure you enchant with +40 stamina. Please note, the enchant DOES STACK with socketing, so be sure to do both.

Cloak: Platinum Mesh Cloak can be purchased with emblems.

Trinket: If you don't get a drop, This will likely be the next trinket you get.

i'm still in search of bracers but i replace them as soon as possible.

You don't need to pvp for shoulder enchants.

You can buy these Wintergrasp Commendation - Item - World of Warcraft from Stone Keeper Shards collected from instaces. I think you will need 150 Stone Keeper Shards tp get 10k honor needed for the shoulder enchant.

1) i have to change my back, to do that i'll try to do some raid in naxx(25) or ulduar
2) i want to upgrade one trinket (ilvl 200) with the emblem trinket (+def+dodge but less stamina)
3) should i change my helm+chest or i can plan something more?
4) I am ready for tank in ToC 10? or i should upgrade my equip a little bit more?
