Hi. i have a Destro Lock in Executus server, named Ednuquis
I have a serious problems with my dps and need help. other locks on my guild can make a easy 5k+ dps and i just cant. my rotation its

CoD / CoE, Life Tap, Immo, Conf, CB, spam Inc.

Sorry, I know bupkes about warlocks.

Have you tried talking to the other lock and asking him what she does differently?

Have you looked at WWS parses to see what differences there are in your talent usage?

What is different about your spec/stats/gear/enchants?

Have you looked at top guild warlocks on wowraidaudit.com to see what they are doing for rotation?

my first suggestiong is drop glyph of immo for glyph of life tap.

when i start my destro rotation it go

(rank 1) Life tap>Cod/Coe>Immo>Chaos bolt>Confl>incin spam

dont clip your immo. but keep it up all the time
i go to full rank life tap when in reg rotation

also pick up Lifetapper and dotimer addons....they will help big time.

Changing the one Immo glyph to Life Tap and your spec looks fine.

I would change a couple a couple gems around:
Helm: Chaotic Skyflare Diamond (+21 Critical Strike Rating and 3% Increased Critical Damage)
Runed Cardinal Ruby (+23 SpellPower)

Shoulders: Quick King's Amber (+20 Haste)
Staff: Quick King's Amber (+20 Haste)

Lastly get the +28 Spellpower enchant on your gloves. you are good for hit cap for raiding. I would also consider the Black Magic enchant for your weapon.....play around with it and see if it helps....there are alot of arguments for this enchant, so play with it and see if it works for you.
