yes/no IMO get a new weapon and regem 1 or 2 things

You need a total regem. Get the good meta (Insightful Earthsiege), and just gem everything with as much intellect as you can stack. You're going to need the mana to keep up with the Holy Lights.

I would also replace Energy Siphon with Talisman of Resurgence (if you have enough Triumph badges). Intellect is king, and Talisman has a superior cooldown.

Your gear itself looks OK, I would ditch that spirit ring ASAP but I can understand if that's the best of your available options.
