22 def to chest or 275 hp? I've read over and over that 10 stats is worthless for me. The World of Warcraft Armory

275 health all the way, ToC favors EH so much it is almost no contest between the two. 22 defense is also a viable option though for an unhittable set for Anub'araks adds or an avoidance set for those bosses that favor avoidance.
