Threat question Sunder

Question: How will a warrior with Glyph of Sunder and Glyph of Devastate apply threat to mob1 and mob2 standing side by side? This question is only referring to devestate and sunder threat values to each mob.

Mob 1 will get 2 sunders and the corresponding threat on it, Mob 2 will get 1 sunder

...yes, as the glyph descriptions read, mob1 gets 2 sunders, mob2 get 1. But that doesnt answer the question at all.
