Arms Warrior needing DPS help for Uld/ToC 25

I was tanking for another guild for the last couple years, and have recently started dpsing again. Unfortunately, I'm struggling to get a constant 3500+ dps in Ulduar / Trial of Champion 25.

My Armory

My trinket is weak, been trying to replace that with the Banner of Victory, but it refuses to drop. The Wrynn's Conquest gloves are my next planned upgrade, followed by the crafted Razorplate chestpiece.

It may be I'm not using Slam enough, but Rend/Overpower/Execute and the extra procs are constantly in use. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You should start using some epic gems, that should boost your dps up a bit. For your wep, instead of executioner, you should use berserking, it is expensive, but it's worth it.
