Mixed Dual Wielding = More expertise?

I'm curious, if you are human Dual wielding a sword and a mace, do you get 6 expertise (3 for each) or just 3 total? It may seem like a silly question, however, I am trying to build a tanking spreadsheet and this is a contingency I hadn't considered...

It counts per weapon it does not add up, to explain with a small example;

If you have two weapons your tooltip will look like 20/20 (for ex.)

So if you got 20/20 with 2 maces/swords you'll get 23/23.

Ah, so each hand esentially has its own expertise. Another example, to see if i'm correct, a dwarf DK uses an axe main and sword off, he will get a 5 expertise increase on the main and 0 on the off? 5/0?

It would be correct if that dwarf were an Orc, or the axe were a mace.
