Tank Gear Question (Where's the hit?)

Hey all,

I main tank for a 10 man and 25 man group working hard mode's in ToC. I'm confused about where hit went off of all of our gear? Anyways, here is me.

The World of Warcraft Armory

(I logged out with my PVP trinket. I use the 245 trinket from Ony in place of it when tanking)

I have received two upgrades in the last week that I'm unsure if I should put on. I got Jarrax 25 boots Dawnbreaker Greaves - Item - World of Warcraft and the 245 tanking sword from Ony Burnished Quel'Serrar - Item - World of Warcraft

I'm not sure if I should use them though. If I use them both then I lose 69 hit and I'm only at 144. I have even been noticing the occasional important hit miss(like interrupting Jarraxus on 10 man hard mode).

It sounded like the theory crafters think that sword is awesome. But what would you guys do? I don't SEEM to be having any difficult with threat.

Don't worry about your hit rating. If you end up in a taunt-dependent fight, change some pieces and use the glyph. Otherwise expertise is better in every way until the parry cap. Hit is almost entirely a DPS stat.

(Is your 1st trinket really the PvP one, or are you doing Champions or something right now?)

Moved to armory forum, but I'd say go for EH upgrades, and like Athenodorus said, on hit sensitive fights (like jaraxxus) gem/glyph/gearswap for more hit. Not like jaraxxus hits hard =P
