Spec is good. You can drop two points into persuit (ret) and change your boot enchant to straight stam if you want. It's nothing game changing, but will give you a slight HP boost.

I'd probably change the stam gem in your helm to Shifting Dreadstone - Item - World of Warcraft . The bonus of 12 stam is worth getting (you effectively will lose 3 stamina but gain all the bonuses of 10 agi!)
Same for boots - Enduring Eye of Zul - Item - World of Warcraft in the yellow socket

The socket bonus in your weapon isn't worth aiming for, but I'd aim to upgrade weapon, shield and ring asap.
Your gear is good enough to be able to do 10/25 Totc, so you have a shot at getting some decent upgrades from there.

Based on the gear currently on your armory, first upgrade I'd get is the new libram (Libram of Defiance - Item - World of Warcraft 15 Triumph Badges) for a healthy dodge increase. Second you could grab the Triumph Badge ring Clutch of Fortification - Item - World of Warcraft as a replacement for the Titanium Earthguard ring for an increase in Armor, Stam, Def, Dodge and Strength. Next if item you might want to look at replacing is your shield. Pugs regularly clear Keepers in 10m Ulduar and you could grab the Shieldwall of the Breaker - Item - World of Warcraft , or if you've got the cash you can pick up the BOE Northern Barrier - Item - World of Warcraft off the AH.

As for spec, I would ask what your goals are for tanking (MT vs OT, 10 vs 25) and what classes you regularly raid with. If you're going for progression kills (Heroic 10/25) removing 4 points out of Conviction and placing 2 in Persuit of Justice and 2 in Vindication can give you a great advantage both in positioning and auto-debuffing of the mobs, saving a warrior the rage/trouble.

Finally if you've really got gold to burn (like 8-10k), getting the Breastplate of the White Knight - Item - World of Warcraft crafted isn't a bad upgrade and, although you lose the set bonus for T8, it opens you up for buying the Triumph Badge helm Faceplate of the Honorbound - Item - World of Warcraft.
