Ok, so I've said up a testing scenario;
Pustlent Horrors in Icecrown, only counting the level 82s and only their melee swings.
Using Demo Shout, while keeping myself alive with Commanding Shout, Last Stand & Enraged Regen.
Only damage done will be white swings, deep wounds and damage shield(200 dmg each)
Early trials indicate I should be able to get 250-300 swings out of a mob, as long as I don't get adds.
Going for atleast 5000 swings, probably more if I'm not satisfied with the accuracy yet.

We'll see where it goes

Edit: Just got some gear upgrades that pushed me to 194 Defense in a special-made maxed out set, which I will be using for the effective testing. Numbers that will need to be tested are then 9.99% & 10.20%.

How do you KNOW, that that 0.6% is not subject to diminishing returns as well?
Is there any WotLK test data I was unable to find proving this 0.6% is not part of the diminishing returns?
