Need help with dps spec

Hey guys i am a arms spec warrior using a build i threw together. Unfortunately the armory is down right now due to the servers being down, you can look at my armory my character name is Forsayken on the kalecgos server, my question is right now i am using arms for dps spec seeing as how i thought fury was nerfed beyond redemption with patch 3.1, and truth be told i took off six months right before ulduar came out and i just came back, with arms i am running around 3.9-4k dps, but a lesser geared warrior out of my guild is running around 4300 dps. Is fury still a viable spec? If so what stats are going to be the ones i am definitely going to want to have? Plz help
